Rigid`s LSA does not come with the purchase of tools. The instruments are subject to temporary guarantees (1 year, 2 years, etc.). The LSA just REGISTERING your personal information with Starr and then add qualifying products as you buy them within a specified time after each purchase (I believe up to 90 days). The obligation to register is in no way hidden or deterrent. It shouts rooftops wherever the subject comes in both user groups and rigid official literature. I did it. And a battery charge lasted 5 minutes on the phone, while in my business with him and the impact drivers at hand. A new UPS is delivered to my door. My only instruction at this point is to add the new battery to my list of LSA tools.
I can get rid of the old one at my own discretion. All because in December 2016, it took me 15 minutes to record myself and the combo kit for the LSA. Thank you very much Starr. well I have recorded my 3 separate rigid purchases over the years. My last batteries died and when I went to get the rigid replacement would not replace. Apparently the 3 separate purchases went on 3 different accounts and someone rigid decided to merge all 3 into an account with the date of the first purchase away though. So now the newer batteries don`t have jive with an old account and receipt. Great, now I`m made of 4 of the 6 batteries that are now dead and rigid juat waiting for me to buy new batteries that are no longer in a kit because I don`t need new tools because they are on excellent mission. No thanks seems to come back to Dewalt or Millwakee just because rigidly screwed my account and will not honor. I always keep all receipts and I make photocopies with the exception of this last purchase, of course. It was a cash out-of-the-way purchase while in the city helps my mom do a big job on her house and I didn`t drive 4 hours by way to get my rigid tools to help her. Cheaper and faster to juat buy a new set of drills and give it it anyway lol.
Now the second sentence, which was recorded and was disoriented by the rigid ice after the account melted, says its last 90 days from purchase until new registration. It was not a joke, because 6 years ago, my account did not screw up my account. I`ve already changed two batteries with this kit, and now they`re dead, I can`t. Obviously, this account was good before, but not now. I hope that one good battery and the other, which flows quickly from the first purchase, have not been screwed to replace its time, which seems very soon. I mostly bought rigid tools, including connectors in models such as the Sanders planner, etc. and thought the world of this business until now.
